CrossFit Flag Football Tournament for Wounded Warriors
A one day Flag Football tournament between all of the Crossfit gyms in the Montgomery area. This event will raise money for the Wounded Warriors Foundation. Some details are still being worked out. Here is what we have so far: One team per CrossFit gym Location: Bell Road YMCA fields Teams will have 7 players on the field (one girl at all times) It will be $20 to enter per player, there is no limits on how many team members there can be. Proceeds go to Wounded Warrior. Tournament format: round robin so each team will be guaranteed 3 games with the top teams in a playoff bracket It will be a winner take all with the gym winning a prize and each individual taking home a small prize on the winning team. We are creating the event now so there will beplenty of time for each gym to create a team and practice.

Valid ID (ie: Student ID, NASW Membership Number, etc.) are required for validation upon Check-In at onsite Conference Registration Center. Please be prepared to provide the information upon request. Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Conference Registration / Tickets ARE NOT Transferrable - only the Registrant of Record is allowed to attend the events and /or receive applicable "A La Carte Add Ons" for the event. No substitutions are allowable. Can I update my registration information? Yes, you are allowed to update your registration information if necessary. Please review all information provided to insure accuracy prior to arrival at the Conference Venue. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, please bring your printed registration / ticket to insure smooth processing duringCheck-In at onsite Conference Registration Center Exhibitor Registrant Special Information: Exhibitors that register as part of the conference are allowed to Pre-Ship Boxes / Packages for arrival a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours prior to conference date and arrival. Packages must be marked with the responsible party's name, NASW-Alabama Chapter Annual Conference, plus "Hold for "Arrival Date of Tuesday, March 3, 2015". There will be a handling charge as follows for each parcel Pre-Shipped to the Conference Venue: Boxes up to 36"X24"X24" - $10.00 per box Larger boxes / display cases- $15.00 per box Pallets - $50.00 per box Aforementioned charges will be Invoiced to the Exhibitor by NASW-Alabama Chapter and are Due and Payable to NASW-Alabama Chapter IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Further, any applicable additional labor charges based upon the size of the pre-shipment requiring "special handling" will be added to the total amount invoiced to the Exhibitor, and are the full responsibility of the exhibitor to pay in excess of the aforementioned rates. The Conference Venue IS NOT responsible for any shipping charges, damages or loss to any packages or boxes.
